My clients Ila Ghosh and others are the joint owners of the property at the Municipal Holding No. 859/5, Cal Jessore Road, Green Park, Block-B, Kolkata - 700089, derived by succession from Bimala Bala Ghosh. The said Bimala Bala Ghosh became the owner of the said property by Deed No. 4888 for the year 1964 and was recorded in Book No. I, Volume No. 75 and was registered in the office of the District Registrar Alipore. The Original of the said Deed has lost from their custody and to that effect General Diary was made which is recorded being G.D.E. No. 1410/2020, dated 21.10.2020 in the office of the Lake Town P.S. The said Deed is neither mortgaged nor any lien was made.
